  User can access the system anywhere there is Internet. The information interchange data is rapid and convenient.

  No need for any Server. Access could be made through Web Browser.

  Alert of incoming mail / parcel, repair order, expense information, booking of common area utilization (if any), emergency contact.
question_answer What does system do if there are changing data on Co-owner or tenant ?

  The system will be shut down for old User immediately. Old User could not access the system any further.
question_answer If Password was forgot, what can we do ?

  You can click "Forgot Password" and then enter ID number or Passport number. The System will send a new Password to your e-mail.
